  • Password stored in hashed and encrypted form

1.2 Device and Smart Home Data

  • Names, types, and states of connected devices
  • Device channel configurations and power consumption readings
  • Gateway identifiers and connection status
  • Scenes, rooms, and shortcuts created within the App
  • Z-Wave device configurations and cached device names

1.3 Usage Data

  • Device identifiers, model, OS version, and unique device ID
  • App version and crash or error logs
  • Session activity logs and timestamps
  • IP address and network type

1.4 Cloud Sync Data

  • Room configurations and device assignments
  • Scene definitions
  • Touch panel and gateway settings
  • App shortcuts and home configurations

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity
  • To enable remote and local control of your smart home devices
  • To store and restore your configurations via Cloud Sync
  • To display power consumption trends and analytics within the App
  • To send important service notifications
  • To diagnose technical issues, crashes, and improve App performance
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations
  • To respond to your customer support requests

3. Legal Basis for Processing

3.1 Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or adjusting your App settings.

3.2 Contractual Necessity

We process your account information, device data, and configuration data as necessary to provide the services requested through the App.

3.3 Legal Obligation

We may process personal data where required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or lawful orders.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Firebase / Google

The App uses Firebase services provided by Google LLC, including Firebase Authentication, FCM, Crashlytics, and Analytics.

4.2 No Advertising or Data Sale

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information and do not use your data for targeted advertising.

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Cloud Sync data is retained until you delete it or your account
